Setting up email accounts - Unfortunaly Email has stopped working

I've been trying to set up my 2 email accounts on my new S6, a sky email account and a yahoo account.

Tried a auto set up and I manual set up. I enter the email address and password but every time I try I get a error message

"Unfortunaly Email has stopped working"

Never had this problem with my old S4. I getting rather pee'd off with it all

If you've only just got the phone I'd do a factory reset to wipe anything off the phone that might be causing an issue. That should sort the problem out.

Decided to do this and it sorted all my problems out. It is a totally different phone after I wiped it

Hi, I have a sky email account set up on my Sony and it had been having problems logging in/syncing the last few days so that may have something to do with it, they seem to be having trouble at their end.
