Hi all,
After seeing a program on TV, I thought that I would set a pin code for my sim card. I have an HCT One M8. I googled the default pin and found that it was 0000. So I set about changing it. I typed in the current code of 0000 and it asked for my new code which I put in and then confirmed it. But it kept asking for the old code so I kept typing 0000, you guessed it, I am now locked out of my sim and need a puk code asap as it is a business phone.
How do I get this?

Panic over...
I could not get through to 'live chat', so I rang the landline number from my home phone and got a PUK code from there.
Thanks,
Steve

Hi
I agree it's a good idea to set a sim pin to protect you.
Speak to Live Chat and they should be able to help.
The ’Live Chat‘ Option is found in the 'Contact Us' Link at the foot of the forum page. Please use a Computer to use this service. You may need to leave the Live Chat window page open a short time for Live Chat to initialise and for an Agent to become available. By using Live Chat you can also keep the chat logs. If you use a phone to try and access Live Chat then if possible request the Desktop Site on your phone.
