my PAYG is now saying not provisioned 2 after working for over a year, I have £15.00 on my card, if I cant get this fixed, I will write off my money and go elsewere, Vodafone is not reliable, not a good network.

Are you able to test the sim in another phone ?
Have you made a call, sent a text , used data at lease every 180 days ?
Are you able to speak with Live Chat or via a working SIM card call 191 or contact Vodafone from a landline via Vodafone Landline Tel :03333040191

If you are PAYG and have kept your SIM active with some chargeable activity, this will be a SIM card failure.
Take the phone and SIM into a Vodafone Store, they will be able to replace and active a replacement SIM in store. Everything will remain the same with the £15.00 credit on the new SIM.
