Could a kind techie sync my new sim to my suresignal please.

I have a new sim but same number. Needs a sync which I cannot do from my account. Similar posters have had a tech person sort it for them

If your SIM card’s been changed, it could take up to 2 hours for the Sure Signal to recognise it. During this time, you won't be able to connect.


If you still experience issues after this time, you'll need to remove this number from your Sure Signal and then add it. This can be done through My Vodafone.

 

If the affected number is the registered owner, you'll need to temporarily transfer the ownership to another number. After 24 hours re-add the affected number and restart your handset

 

  • Disconnect your Sure Signal from your router.
  • Hold the reset button for 10 seconds to restore factory settings. This won’t affect the registered information on your online account, like numbers, location, etc. This can take between 20 minutes to 6 hours to complete.
  • You’ll know the Sure Signal is working when the first light is solid red, the second and third solid white. The fourth light will be solid white when the Sure Signal is in use.
