Telephoning 191 is according to Vodafone and the Ombudsman, actually the only way you will get the appropriate support, NOT via a Vodafone (or related) shop
Sorry to contradict what has been said but I don't want to see anyone being given the same incorrect advice I took and am still suffering for.
Telephone 191 from a VF SIM and get them to send out the correct SIM as a matter of urgency
