I relieved the new ipad tonight but they have given me the wrong sim as if doesn't fit how can I get the right one?

Hi, The quickest and easiest I would say would be to call into a Vodafone store.

If that's not possible use livechat to request it or call 191 from a Vodafone handset to speak to CS.

Telephoning 191 is according to Vodafone and the Ombudsman, actually the only way you will get the appropriate support, NOT via a Vodafone (or related) shop

 

Sorry to contradict what has been said but I don't want to see anyone being given the same incorrect advice I took and am still suffering for.

 

Telephone 191 from a VF SIM and get them to send out the correct SIM as a matter of urgency

I tries 191 but it wasn't giving me any suitable options but I have gone into live chat now so just waiting. Thankyou for the reply
