Anyone else had to wait 3 days after getting new fone and still not had their sim activated. Keep getting told my query has been escalated but still no response!!!

If you are able to do so the quickest way of getting a sim activated is to call into a Vodafone store.

For some reason at the moment there does seem to be delays with activatibg sims online,

I did have this issue too but I found speaking to the live chat team can in some cases speed things up ever so slightly
