Hi,

 

I have a v3 SS which was working intermittently and has stopped working now.

 

I have a solid red line and the 1 light flashes and then disappears, comes back flashing and disappears.....

I spent over an hr on the phone to sky last night doing 'stuff' to my settings on the hub and still nothing. 

 

Any help would be really appreciated. I have put details below that might help.

Hi minib,

 

Your Sure Signal hasn’t made contact with the network since 30 December.

 

Please perform a factory reset:

 

  • Find the button on the base of the unit next to the Ethernet ports
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button
  • The Sure Signal will come online in around one hour

If you’re still seeing the same light sequence, please try a different Ethernet cable.

 

If it still doesn’t work, please test your Sure Signal using a different internet connection.
