Sky Sports activation Issue

Hi, I'm a 4G customer and chose the Sky Sports free add on from the entertainment pack however when I log into the mobile app I get the message to contact Vodafone to manage my subscription. The only one screen option is to log out. I've tried turning off my wi fi when logging on but this doesn't work. Any ideas?
