Smart Prime 6 Android 5.1 Update

I was wondering -

a) If Vodafone have any plans to release Android 5.1 to Smart Prime 6 since the Smart Ultra 6 has it.

b) If anyone has managed to get it working on their Smart Prime 6

BTW Loving this phone great for such a low price! Performes great without 5.1.

Hi there

Vodafone don't comment on if / when firmware updates will be available for a particular device.  It is a case of wait and see.  Full details of why can be found in the Firmware Statement

Please keep checking your software update settings in your phone. 

Possibly keeping an an eye on Vodafones Blog maybe beneficial. 

I use Google to search out information from blogs and posts elsewhere on how people are finding a particular firmware as many report back on potential bugs being experienced.
