Updated and headphone stopped working. Wifi became flaky. Now a bootloop that I could only escape through a system wipe. Now back to bootloop. Thanks vodafone. Customer for about 20 years. Help me.

Hi,
Unfortunatley your not the first to post in regards to issues
Some say they have lost the ability to move Apps from the phone to available Sd Card.
I would say if you've performed a system wipe which is what I would call a Factory Reset then its would be time to hand the phone into a Vodafone Highstreet Store if they supplied the phone to you , which is covered under the Manufacturing Warranty for 24 months as long as no issues are resulting from a drop or water damage, for them to take a look and if necessary send it off to their repair centre.
Take time and date stamped pictures of the phone with one of it turned on to prove its aesthetic condition and ask the employee to note its condition.
If the water sensor is visible then take a picture of that too.
"Also make sure when sending your device for repair that you keep hold of your SIM. You also shouldn't send your memory cards, battery and/or back cover (if they're removable) - if these are included with your phone when it goes for repair we can't guarantee their return."

Just wasted 20 minutes (8 on hold) talking to customer services. All they would say at the end was - take it to the shop.

If this is a hardware or software issue then respectfully all they could do is advise to take the phone to a Vodafone Highstreet Store.
Something I mentioned in the first part of my initial reply.
I totally understand the frustration this must be causing.
