Hi @sidsilver
The best thing is to take the phoe into a Vodafone Store for advise on getting a repair.
The phone has a 24 month warranty and providing have not dropped the phone or caused the SD card try to brake, you may be able to get a warranty repair.

I've seen this question before and I'm not sure spares are easily available. you would certainly have to pay for it. If you get no joy with a Vodafone shop, check eBay and elsewhere for a device being sold for parts.

No joy with Vodafone shop, I'll look on ebay but even faulty ones are going for about £40.

The only other thing I can think of is to try an independent repair shop and see if they have a source of parts.

Update. I've found a suggestion that the Ultra 6 is actually a re-badged ZTE Blade 6. If that's right, it's slightly more likely that a repair shop can source what you need as they won't have to go to Vodafone.

That's interesting, I didn't know that, thanks
