Updates are typically found in the Software Update section in your phones settings.
Have you tried a Soft Reset by turning the phone Off & On.
How long have you owned the phone ?

Hi,
I've checked the software is up to date and I've turned it off and on many times in the past couple of weeks since it's started happening. I'm running Radio V4.0.1.0003.0 on Android V5.0.2.
Clearing the cache, forcing a stop and exiting then restarting has not solved it and I can only run th eradio for about 2 minutes before it simply stops delivering any audio (though the program itslef thinks it is on). I cannt see a link with any incoming e-mails or call - it does it without any trigger that I can see.
I've had it about 6 months I think - since it's release.
Are there any workarounds or updates for this version of radio?

As a workaround is their another Radio App you could download from your App Store to try.
The phone is covered by a 24 month warranty via Vodafone.
If required you could visit a Vodafone shop and I'm sure they'll take a look and if required send it off.

Hi,
OK - I may have to take it to the shop then. Could you reccomend an FM tuner App? There seem to be many that work by streaming but none that directly use the phones FM reciever.
