Sony Xperia M2 not compatible with Sky Sports Mobile TV

I currently have a contract with Vodafone which includes 4G and Sky Sports Mobile TV free for 6 months. I have recently purchased a new handset which is the Sony Xperia M2 Aqua. It states on the Vodafone website that this handset is compatible with Sky Sports Mobile TV App, however when I have downloaded the App and signed in with my SkyID, an error message appears stating that my device is not compatible. 

Could someone please help me on what I coud do to resolve this? Since I have upgraded my plan I would really like to be able to use all the features within it which include Sky Sports Mobile TV.

The Sony Xperia M2 isn't compatible with the Sky Sports Mobile application.

If you're within your 14 day cooling period, you can exchange this for another device and plan by speaking with our Live help team.

Alternatively, select a different Entertainment package.
