I have just signed up to the 25gb bundle with the entertainment package. I have tried to activate the spotify premium on my mobile several times (probably at least 10 times now- both using internet explorer and chrome) I called into store and showed them the server error message i was getting each time and advised "try it on a lap top" I have done this but still getting the same servor error. Anyone any ideas? I've been having a lot of issues with the change to sim only so very close to cancelling the whole thing and changing providers

If you already have a Spotify account, before being able to activate the new subscription which comes with your tariff change, you first need to cancel your ongoing subscription.
As soon as this has been done, you will be able to activate the new subscription. It would also help to clear any cookees and PC cache before activating the new subscription.
