Hi,

I am using a vodafone smart 4 (vodafone 889N). Recently when I turn the phone on, it starts but then gets stuck on the android logo (small circle keeps turning) and it stays like this.

Is there any way to solve this?

Hi

You could try a hard reset but this may delete your saved info on it.

Alternatively if covered under it's 24 month manufacturing warranty then a Vodafone store can send it off to be looked at but they also flash the firmware typically which again deleted saved info.

However, I have already done a hard reset but it didnot worked.

And I am not in the UK, so can't send to Vodafone for checking!

Sorry that didn't help. 

I'm assuming your a Vodafone UK customer and the phone was supplied directly by Vodafone. 

If so then you'd have to possibly pack it away until your return to the UK.

Yes the phone was bought from a Vodafone store in the UK abt two years ago but the phone has been unlocked so as to use on the local mobile network in Mauritius.
