Suddenly stopped receiving EU texts and calls

This Sunday I still could send texts to continental EU, but did not receive any response back, when in UK and after traveling overseas.

Yesterday, I could call the EU numbers but when they try to call back they got nothing.

Now being overseas, I can not even log onto Vodafone website, security code text did not arrive.

Data roaming is obviously working just fine.

Is there some magical way how to get phone working again as a phone?

Hi,

May I ask if you've tried manually choosing another network in the phones settings just incase it's the network at fault. 

Can you try your SIM card in another phone and another SIM card in your phone as a process of elimination. 

If your phone is Unlocked to All Networks you could use a local SIM card in the interim. 

Live Chat would be able to access your account to check things from that side. 

Unfortunatley Vodafone cannot guarantee all will work when roaming abroad.

 As @BandOfBrothers has said, there's a few things that you can try to get this working. 

 However, as mentioned, we're not able to guarantee service whilst roaming on other networks.
