Sure Signal 1st timer question

I am using iPhone 5 unlocked with PAYG sim.....I have Sure Signal 2 conencted to sky sr102.

Power ok and signal ok...but I have question about making calls. 

1. Do I have to have Credit do make calls as only registered sim today.

2. What should happen when making calls to lights on SS2

3. When should the Phone light appear.

As I have tried to call 2345 with phone right next to box but apart from power light and signal lights showing nothing happens.

Hi jamesp2k17,

You would need credit to make outbound calls on your phone. Can you see any signal on the iPhone?

When you make a call, you'll see lights one, two and four solid green and light three will be flashing slowly.

The phone light will only appear when calls in progress.
