Sure Signal 2 BT Home Hub 3 - System & Phone Lights continually flash

VSS received 04/09. Successfully registered on day.

 

Both lights continually flash for several days. 

 

Factory reset completed as suggested by Simon from Tech Team

Sorry James - not been on in a while and forgot my username AND login (double FAIL) and I kinda gave up on my Sure Signal after it blocked all calls :catmad: I will try this evening when I get home.

bein driven crazy with this sure signal box - thought it would be a quick fix for signal problems!!

 

spoke to vodafone was told there was a known problem with version 2 connecting with bt home hub v 3. bt saying there isnt a problem so have done all the tests for you to see if anyone can help me - nothing seems to be easy anymore!!

forgot to say power light always on and the first white (signal) light always on. not improving signal as only saying emergency calls only.

I can see your Sure Signal has made contact with the network at 02:45am today.

 

Please can you let us know if everything is back up and running?

 

If not has the light sequence changed?

The Sure Signal is definitely connecting with our server so you shouldn’t have any problems as this light sequence is shown when it ready to use for a call.

 

What phone are you using?

 

Have you got 3G switched on?

 

Are you able to connect to 3G when you’re away from the area?

Hi there not sure what my phone was doing at that time but haven't noticed a connection. Still same light sequence and my phone is still saying emergency calls only.

I am using a Samsung galaxy s4 mini. Only had it 3 weeks. Not been anywhere to try the 3g out live too far north!!. It is switched on though.

Is there anybody else on Vodafone whose mobile number you can register to your Sure Signal?

 

I can see your phone connected to the server yesterday at 15:30.

No one else at the moment might manage my Monday to try someone else's. I am in the house most of the time and haven't noticed any connection when I am needing it or checking it. Just changed network when I got this phone in the hope of getting the sure signal. Was fed up sitting it in a specific spot add using speaker phone. Is it likely to get sorted.?

Hi Added my mums number on monday. She was experiencing same issue. She would get a signal for a few seconds but nothing longer. She also uses the sure signal in her house and hasnt had problems with it that im awre of.
