Sure Signal 2 Reset Button Broken

I have had my Sure Signal 2 box for some years now and, mostly, it has worked pretty well. However, increasingly, over the last few months I have found it necessary to reset the box which has then made the box operable. Resetting was never easy as you had to hold down a paper clip while discponnecting and reconnecting the mains cable and I now believe that the reset switch is broken as I can hear some rattling in the box which no longer connects. Can the box be repaired? I really don't want to spend another £100. Seemingly you can't open the box to see if it's a simple fix.

Hi Keith,

You mention you've had the Sure Signal for a number of years. The warranty only covers it for two years. If you've had it longer than this, you'd need to purchase a new one.
