My Sure Signal 2 has stopped working. Have tried to reset but no improvement. Router working fine as internet working on the rest of my devices. Restarting router does not help. Where the router cable is plugged in to back of the Sure Signal, the 2 lights are off. I have to repeatedly detach and reinsert the cable to activate the 2 lights briefly, but they then turn off. I have tried using different cables to no avail. I have also tried to plug the cable in to a different port on the router but this does not help. Please help.
