I have had an issue with my sure signal now for about 3 months where it just repeatidly resets its self when there is a connection from my broadband to it so i spend most my time making calls from outside my house where i can get a signal
This is my second sure signal as i had version 1 before and with me spending about £150 a month to use 3 mobile account through vodafone i am not getting what i am playing for
What do i need to do to resolve this issue?

Along with the troubleshooting above, could it be overheating?

i shouldn't think its overheating as its on an open shelf on its own and it always pretty cool when it resets unless there is a fault with it that could cause it to over heat

Hi Cj1982,
If it’s happening everywhere within the house, the Sure Signal may have developed a fault.
Try another Ethernet cable between the device and your router to see if this helps.
I’ve just checked your serial number and can see a location change has been detected.
I’ve updated the system to remove this message for you.
So that the Sure Signal can pick up the changes, can you do a factory reset for me:-
Let me know how you go on.
Cheers,
Andy
