I have two sure signal 3s, both were working fine, but now the power is flashing red and the 2nd and 3rd lights are orange.
The setup guide says this means 'Your sure signal cant access the vodafone system..'
Both are registered, I have tried resetting both, but no change.

My guess is my ip has been blacklisted.

I notice you have a Vigor router. I spent weeks with a problem but now have it sorted, and a Vigor modem and router too. Symptoms were just the same.
As it had been working and I'd changed nothing I couldn't see how doing anything to the router would help, but worse I was told my setup couldn't work even though it had for nine months.
Anyway, its worth trying to disable 'accept incoming large fragmented packets' in your firewall settings. It might affect some games networks, but certainly restored operation to my VSS within a very short time.
Your IP address appears to be GB so shouldn't have been blacklisted.

I have changed the firewall setting, rebooted router and reset vss. Still no joy.

@autoinspect - I’ve checked the information given and I can see that the IP address isn’t on the white list.
I’ve requested this to be added, this usually takes 48 hours.
