I was recently supplied a Sure Signal 3 by work (pre-configured for me - no need for me to add phone numbers etc and pre-registered)
Case Reference: 9591491
Order Reference: Z441058
Device: Vodafone Sure Signal
Account Number: (removed for security)
I have plugged this in and left it to connect several times, each time for more than 24h. All that happens is that the Internet light slowly flashes white seemingly for ever (and certainly for >24h). The guide enclosed with it indicates that this mean it is "Connecting", but it never does.
Any advice?

The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
