Is the new Sure Signal 3 compatible with my phone - LG KU990i? The webpage for the SS2 listed this handset but new one does not. Thank you.

Hi Martine,

 

It'll still work, don't worry! I think the compatibility list is based on whatever handsets are most likely to be used- we don't see so many KU990s around these days :Smiling:

I have just purchased a sure sgnal 3 and it works with my Galaxy Ace and appears to work with my work Blackberry but not with my partners Sony Ericsson W900i - are there any reasons why this should be the case?

Hi slitemere,

 

Is the W900i set up for 3G? The Sure Signal provides a 3G signal only, so it's always worth checking this.

 

Have you tried removing your partner's number, waiting about an hour and then re-adding it? This will clear any issue with the registration.

 

Are you able to try their SIM in another phone to see if that will connect? If it does, then it's specific to the phone.

 

Failing all this, can you confirm the serial number of the Sure Signal?
