My Sure Signal (v1) has been de-registered after a recent phone upgrade. There is only 1 light on the device (after a reset) and the option to manage the Sure Signal device has disappeared from my "My Vodafone" options - not happy!
Can someone at Vodafone please investigate and reinstate?

Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Hi Mark,
None of the internet tests are necessary - I have a good and stable link to the internet. As stated in my initial post I no longer have the option to manage my Sure Signal device when I log on to my Vodafone account - this has been taken away. My Sure Signal serial number is: 21227829526.

It's not showing that the unit is de-registered this end.

Thanks Ben. Whilst I now know where to go to manage my Sure Signal device it hasn't cleared the problem. The Sure Signal has only the power light illuminated. The device was working fine before my recent phone upgrade - is the answer somewhere in that process?
