Sure Signal Lights on but not functioning

Hello,

My 18 month old Sure Signal today produced no signal for my mobile (it was ok yesterday).  Both it and the BT Router have rebooted and the two lights on the SS, as well as the steady red one, are Internet and In Use.  The broadband download speed to the router is 7.8Mbps.  I have asked the technical support staff by phone but after some 28 mins on hold, I must admit I gave up.  I would be grateful if anyone knows of a fix.  Thank you

Yes, 3G (WCDMA/GSM auto connect on one phone, WCDMA only on the other). Neither phone gets a signal. Signal had been ok for over a year until Tuesday last when I noticed that the signal had dropped - I had made no changes to set up.
When re-book education at friends house, the sequence was just the same - steady red bar, and the Internet and in service lights, but "no service" on the phones.

Correction to nonsense in last message:
Delete "when required book education....." and replace by "when rebooted...." My apologies!

So that we can take a closer look at this and make sure all the numbers are registered correctly, get in touch with us by following the instructions in this private message.

Thank you. I have sent the contact details via private message.

In the private message I sent (which asked for my landline to be used to contact me as I currently have no mobile signal) I have just received an e-mail, quoting the reference number of the private message, to say that my landline number is already updated on my account and that, for any communications, this number will be used. What I am slightly confused about is that I was expecting, from your last post, to get a call regarding the set up. In other words, was the e mail effectively the reply, and if so, what happens next, please?

I have no idea how it happened but one of my phones now receives a signal (for which many thanks) but the other does not.  I have registered and deregistered this latter one as a user on my sure signal and restarted it but no luck yet......

To cut a long story short, I contacted Vodafone chat this morning, had an immediate call back and following more resets (both ends), both phones now receive a signal. I suppose that I shall never know what caused the problem in the first place but thank you all anyway.
