I look to have the same problem as others with a Sure Signal box and a BT Home/Business hub.
Checking previous answers, I have opened the required ports, the SS has it's own static IP adrress, port clamping is enabled, the MTU is set at 1492 (max for router) and still no connection.

SS box is currently being deregistered whilst I try another suggestion from the forum.
We had a SS 1 which never worked on this router, this now seems to work on the latest BT Home Hub 5, which is not available for businesses.
Any suggestions?
Once I have this running I have another one to get up and running, I am spending way too much time on this.

Ian,
Sure Signal reregistered at the weekend and plugged back in and reconnected to the internet around 9.30am this morning. Showing a flashing power light and 'Service' and 'Phone' solid orange
Any suggestions?

Hi pijohnson,
It sounds like you may be affected by this issue.
Can you try this on a different internet connection (not BT Business line) to rule out a faulty Sure Signal?
