Sure Signal Solid Red Light Only

Hi,

 

We have been having issues with our Vodafone sure signal not connecting.  I have performed a hard reset but all that seems to happen is the System and Phone lights flash for ten minutes or so before they both go out and leave only the red light on.

 

The details of my sure signal are as below;

 

Model: 9361 Home Cell V2-V

Part No: 3JR09110ABBA

Serial No: 40122929033

Mac: 0C4c3906c334

 

I have also deregistered and re registered the device but this has made no difference.  I have a link light on the sure signal and I can see from my router that an IP address is being assigned. The results of my traceroute are below;

I tested this on an alternative network last night with no restrictions and had the same problem

Thanks for your posts.

 

I can see that the Sure Signal made a connection to the server at 21:52 last night, are you still having the same problem?

 

If yes, please let me know who your internet provider is, your speed test results from here and your external IP address from here.

Thanks for your response James - unfortunatly we are still having the same issue.  I'm not sure when the Sure Signal actually last worked but it definitely has not been in the last week or so,

 

Below are the results of the information you asked me to acquire;

It looks like your IP isn't in the range which is causing the issue. I've requested for this to be added for you and I'll let you know as soon as it's confirmed. We can then push a manual synchronisation through and get you back up and running. :Winking_smiley:
