Sure Signal V1 error

Hi there,

 

I have had a sure signal for years, I got one as soon as they came out. Last week my V1 with serial 21196864678 stopped working. I have tried swapping the hardware but had the same issue so now I'm back and registered with this unit with this serial number.

 

Green power light on and second green light flashing. ISP Sharedband and have been with them for years as well.

 

I have run the trouble shooter.

 

I have all my ports forwarded. Have reset the box a few times and waited. Rebooted everything at home.

 

My external IP is: 91.108.164.244 - is my IP on the whitelist?

Hi Jonathan,

 

The IP address is fine, along with your download and upload speeds.

 

I can see that the registration was successful, however the mobiles numbers failed when you tried to add them.

 

The Sure Signal hasn't connected to our servers since 15 September.

 

You've tried most of the checks we'd recommend.

 

Please make sure that the Sure Signal is plugged directly into your router.

 

It might be worth getting a new Ethernet cable.

 

If you're still having issues, I suggest trying the Sure Signal at a different address, with a different ISP.
