My Sure Signal version 2 has sadly stopped working.
It might be a power supply issue as there are no lights at all. It's completely dead.
It's been tried in different sockets and the sockets are working so there is no problem with where it is plugged in.
What can I do to get it replaced or repaired please?

Hello.
Please take a look through these Sure Signal Trouble Shooting threads :
as these may help to resolve issues. They have links to the key things you can do to try and self resolve the issue you are experiencing.
It may also be worth trying a different power supply with the SureSignal (Version 1 & 2 ), as there have been some reports of replacement power supplies solving the issues. They are available on eBay for around £10.

Thanks I had a power supply that is the same as the Sure Signal one I tried.
The red light is on as are the 2 router lights on the back but the other 2 lights are not on. Done a factory reset and the lights flash briefly then nothing,

Hi neninja,
I can't suggest anything except to ask what is the rating of your replacement power supply, i.e. Volts and Amps etc.?
Also have you carried out a reset in accordance with these instructions.....
For version 2 Sure Signal (the one with 3 lights on the front):
Regards.
Mike.

I've checked over all the information you've provided and can't see anything there that would be causing these issues.
Please try another Ethernet cable so we can rule out the connection as the problem.
Try connecting your Sure Signal in another location, such as a friend or family member's house. You’ll need to leave it connected for at least 24 hours.
We'll then be able to determine if the problems are specific to your location and router or with the Sure Signal itself.
