Had my sure signal for over 8 months and now issues. On Saturday woke up to find that the Sure Signal was sitting with Service and Users lights steady Amber.
Since then I have tried rebooting the sure signal, resetting it and it goes throught the connecting status ie Red power Light and Flashing Internet light. This then switches to Flashing Power light and Stable Orange user light.
Not sure what has happened, but it's a real problem and some help in identifing the issue woul dbe most helpful.

After 48 hours of Flashing Red light, stable Orange User light at 4am Mondy 30th after another restart, the suresignal has been sitting with the power light solid Red and the internet light just slowly flashing.
Is this now connecting to the network? How long should I expect this to continue for.
Seems that the sure signal isn't as good as it could be.
Would be interesting to understand why Vodafone, didn't go down the UMA route.

Hi rgreening,
Thanks for posting your results. The speedtest you've posted has an upload speed right on the cusp of the minimum required for Sure Signal to work. As such, you may lose connection when traffic for your ISP is high.
I'd recommend speaking to your broadband provider to see what your speed options are. Everything else from your results checks out fine.
You can also rule out a Sure Signal fault by testing the unit on an alternative internet connection. If you do this for an hour or so at a friend or neighbours and it doesn't work, we can arrange a repair.
