Sure Signal V3: Flashing Red light, stable Orange User light

The sure signal has worked for smetime (over a year ) and has started with problems now.  serial number is 40131013183

Using a BT home hub router 3, which is working fine and we have had for ages.  INterbat connections fine, and download speef 6.5mbps, upload .37mbps.

Nothing has changed in terms of the internet connection or router settings.

Thanks for the info, I had already been thorugh much of that, but hadn't tried the reset button, and thats eems to haev fixed it.

Did try to do the thanks button but it didn't seem to work.
