Sure Signal V3: Flashing Red light, stable Orange User light

The issue you’re experiencing:

The device won't connect to your servers. ISP is BT Business with a static external IP and the router is an Asus DSL-N55U

 

I have tried in an alternate location and it works there on a BT Business with dynamic ip and the BT Business Hub 3 router.

 

What light sequence you're seeing:

Flashing red light and the last two lights are solid orange.

@turkeystile Upon checking your internet speed connection results, we've idnetified that your speed doesn't meet our minimum requirments of our download speed 4.13Mbps and our upload speed of 1Mbps. 

You'll need to get in touch with your internet service provided to disucss this further. 

Why was I not told this when I brought the box.....

 

We only want it to be able to receive text messages.

Well that's great it being online but I think you need to consider telling your shop staff to inform of essential specifications when they sell you a box in store... I didn't go into store looking to buy one.
