My Sure Signal V3 (which has become increasingly temperamental over the last few months) seems to have stopped working completely today.
I have the Power Light on, and the Internet light flashes, but the light usually goes out leaving just the power light and nothing else.
I have run the usual requested tests and the results are as follows:

Wondered if you had any thoughts what might be amiss.
Other observation - the unit does run very hot. Nothing else is plugged into it.
Over the last week it has been failing to work with the Power light flashing, the internet light off, and both the in service and in use lit up orange.

Hi @pete17,
Everything looks fine with the details you've provided and your Sure Signal is showing traffic moving through it.
Could you please try using it in a different location (friend/family member's hosue) this will help rule out a hardware fault with it.

Hi Matt,
Spoke the to call centre yesterday - they informed me that the unit had not synched to the network and that they would try to reset it remotely. I think this was supposed to fix it last night - but it didn't.
However it would appear to have come back to life this afternoon - not sure if that is something you did - or if this resynching mullarky takes much longer than advised.
Anyway (for now) the box is working. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and see if this means we really are back in business. Fingers crossed...
