An hour after posting this problem resolved.
My SS v3 has stopped working - None of the registered phones can see a signal from the SS. The only thing to have changed was the external IP address At the time it had the following light sequence:
Light sequence
Light 1/Power Light: On (Solid red)
Light 2/ Internet light: On (Solid white)
Light 3/ In Service light: On (Solid white)
Light 4/In Use Light: Off
I have tried resetting & unplugging the SS to no avail and now have a different light sequence:
New Light sequence
Light 1/Power Light: On (Solid red)
Light 2/ Internet light: Flashing Slowly (Solid white)
Light 3/ In Service light: Off
Light 4/In Use Light: Off
