My sure signal has worked for 1 year and suddenly I have this issue.
Unplugging or pressing reset doesn't have any effect. The info I have seen requested of other members with this issue is:

Please let us know what light sequence you’re getting and your Sure Signal serial number.
We can then take a closer look at why it’s not working.
