Sure Signal Version 1 Not connecting

my suresignal box stopped working last night.

Today I have reset it and it displayed lights 1 and 2 constantly then eventually light 3 flashed for a while then all the lights went out sometimes they flash on then all go out again

speed tests are 5.7 down

                          0.8 up

ping 22ms

jitter 5ms

tried a new power supply and hey presto its alive.

Now isn`t that simpler than all the checks you had me do and the hours on the phone to BT.
