Sure Signal Version 3 speed requirements - Confirmation please

Could someone please confirm the mimimum speed requirements for a SS V3

I cannot even connect a phone let alone make a call! I am being told that i need 1.5Mbps upload to connect 1 mobile to the device!!?

The Sure Signal 3 requires 1Mbps download and 0.3Mbps upload for you to make a call.
