After I reset the sure signal it works - like now
However, this cannot contine.

I have 2 sure signals.
The one in question is serial no:40124157922
This one is overheating and is like a kettle.

Hi accosta,
I’m a little confused.
Your initial post mentions you have a Sure Signal V3 but the serial number you’ve given is for a version 2 unit, are you having difficulties with them both?
I checked the serial number you gave and it last connected to our servers at 23:42 on 4 September.
If it’s overheating, then try moving it to a different location where there may be better ventilation.
If this doesn’t help, then it may be faulty and would need sending for repair.
If you can let me have the version 3 serial number, we can check this out for you as well.

Hi accosta,
Thanks for confirming your Sure Signal version.
Did you manage to move it to a different mains socket to see if this helped with the overheating issue?
I’ve checked your serial number and can see it connected to our servers last night at 23:14, is it now working for you?
To make sure it’s as up to date as possible, I’ve just resynced your Sure Signal.
So that the resync completes, can you do a factory reset for me:-
