Hello
I am trying to set up my sure signal at my address. Its on, connected to the router ad showing as active on the dashboard. I've tried all your trouble shooting issues and I think its a problem connecting to the servers.

Got a solid red light and flashing slowly internet light. Ethernet is connected and I have flashing llights on device and router. I've also used 3 ethernet cables.

Thanks for providing the details, everything looks fine.
Can you provide your speed test results from here?
The light sequence you're seeing means the Sure Signal is provisioning but this should only take up to 6 hours. It did connect to our servers at 9.45pm last night so is this now working?

Hello
Thanks for the response. The unit is now showing the two while lights but the phone isn't connecting to the box. I still have next to no signal. Does it tke a while for the phone to connect?

Hi kerryp78,
The whole reconnection can take a little time to complete.
I can see that the Sure Signal contacted the servers a couple of hours after your post. Have the phones started connecting now?
If not, have you tried with just one phone or multiple ones? If it's one, it may be down to the registration of that one number.
