Hi,
I have been sent an e-mail from Vodafone saying the following:
Your Vodafone Sure Signal in postcode {xxx xxx} has been suspended due to Inactivity. Find out more at vodafone.co.uk/suresignal
However, my Sure Signal is in an office of multiple users and is permanently switched on.
So I went to log in to administer it, but once again, Vodafone's website is down AGAIN!!
So firstly, WHY has it been suspended when it's clearly been used a lot.
And secondly, why is the website down again?
I've tried all the rebooting rubbish to no avail.
Any ideas?

This sounds rather odd!
I've just been able to log in an check my VSS status without any issues. Might be worth trying again.
I would also post the serial number of the VSS in question and one of the eForum Team will be able to take a look at the status from their end

Thanks for posting the serial number. I'm confused as to why you got that email as the unit is still online. It even synced with the servers just last night.
