Hi,
I'm hoping you can help. I have a sure signal V2 and it was related to my personal mobile number account. I moved to a business account and stopped using the personal mobile but I can no longer access to manage my sure signal box. I'd like to re-register the Sure Signal the signal is so bad at the house.

Hi Jenny, I did as asked and nothing heard back (not even an acknowlegement) . How long do these things normally take.
