I have always had two vodafone numbers (one ##### fine. After the number was cancelled, my existing password wasn't recognised (I have no idea why), so I had to reset this.
I have now taken out a new Contract for a second number and this morning I logged into my account to try update my sure signal for my new number, however there is no sure signal box shown as being registered as being registered (the old second number still works with the sure signal box).
I don't want to mess anything up by trying to register the sure signal box and losing connection to my wife's number nor have I tried to register it to my new number (it will have a separate "my account" to the old existing number) so I wondered what the best way to re-register the sure signal and add the numbers I require. Does it need to be completely deregistered and reregistered and how do I do this considering it no longer is shown against "my account"

All issues successfully resolved this morning by the 24/7 online chat so no further action needed here. My new number is successfully using VSS and the other number has been added but isn't yet connected so hopefully it is just a matter for waiting a few hours!

Can one of the team please respond to my query? I don't want to have two vodafone phones that can't get reception and if I don't get this sorted within the next day or so I will be cancelling the new contract.

To add to the woes, I have just tried to register my new number (as a new account) and I will use this account as the main account for sure signal if and when I get the above resolved.
Went through the registration process this morning, got the validation email and followed it but when I tried to enter the username and password it said they were incorrect. Now I can't log in at all!!
This is not really what I expect from vodafone and I need to get this resolved and I need to get signal in my house as I use the phone for work relating issues and I don't have a signal (or an online account!)
My sure signal serial number is 40122444777

We’re a bit busier than normal, so it’s taken longer than we’d like to reply to you.
It’s likely that your Sure Signal was registered to the number that was cancelled.
