Static IP

Please could you tell me if it is possible to change the ip address of the V2 and make it static? It also does not supply its name within my router so I have to hunt down the MAC every time I have to reboot my router.

Hi aomega001,

The only way to assign the Sure Signal a static IP address is through your router as it’s the router that assigns the IP address.

The MAC address can be found on the label on the back of the Sure Signal or on the box.
