VSS 3: light 1 on, light 2 flashing, 3 and 4 off

Hi,

 

I have the VSS 3 on my sky Broadband. It has been a little temperamental over the first month but now stuck in the light configuration above. Help please?!!!! No signal now for about 1 week.

 

I used the live chat yesterday, talked me through a whole load and then said it was their end and it would be reset, they assured me it would be 'working perfectly fine" within 6 hours (it wasn't). I have tried a hard reset (more than once) but no joy!!!

 

Having looked on the forum I have the following details for you:

Everything looks fine with the setup and the registration with the Sure Signal connecting to the server yesterday.

 

Are you still having trouble today?

 

If yes, what light sequence are you now seeing?
