My mobile phones can not longer connect to my Sure Signal. All lights on the Sure Signal are solid.

Can you try turning Off 4G in the phones settings to force 3G to see if this helps.
Please take a look at the Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread. Use the Issue Not Listed option if necessary and repost your traceroute back here.

If necessary Customer Services on 191 or Live Chat can Re-Sync your Sure Signal.
