Sure Signal - new user questions

A couple of questions as a new user.

1. I normally use WiFi at home if browsing on my Galaxy S3. I assume I don't have to do anything other than enable WiFi to make sure I'm using my home WiFi as opposed to my mobile data allowance via the Sure Signal?

2. I will normally use the unit at home. However I occasionally stay with a friend where Vodafone reception is almost non-existant in her house. Can I use the unit there and if so do I just have to register a new address before I go and swap back to my own once home?

1. make sure mobile data is switched off and wifi is enabled

2. if youre moving it for more than 20 minutes youll need to update the postcode in the my sure signal area of your online account. this is for emergency services purposes.
