Sure Signal - no lights at all - urgent warranty question

Hi, my suresignal seems to have died completely - there are no lights - they don't even flicker momentarilly when plugged in or a reset is attempted.

I understand that the units have a 2 year warranty, however unfortunately I can't find the receipt. The webpage gives the date of registration as just short oof 2 years ago (see below), is it possible to get the unit repaired without a the receipt?
