I've just replaced my HTC Desire HD with a Samsung s3. My SureSignal isn't picking the new phone up.
Can anyone help.

Hi Andy,
Does the new phone have the same phone number as your previous one? If not, have you added the phone to the Sure Signal in your account space on the Vodafone web site?
If it is the same number, has the sim been changed? If so, this can take up to a day for the Sure Signal box to reconcile, after which your new phone should then connect.
If a day has gone by, try switching the phone in- and out-of flight mode (or whatever Samsung call it) as this may give the Sure Signal the required metaphorical kick.
